1. General Policy Due to the nature of digital eSIM products, we offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below. Once an eSIM has been delivered and activated, it becomes non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Your device is not compatible with eSIMs (proof required)
  • You accidentally purchased the wrong country or data plan
  • Your eSIM was not activated and you have not scanned or used the QR code
  • You reported an issue within 7 calendar days of purchase

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • You have used part or all of the eSIM’s data
  • Your eSIM has been activated and linked to a device
  • You entered incorrect information at checkout
  • Connectivity issues due to local carriers, device settings, or roaming restrictions

  • Your Order ID
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Screenshot or proof of incompatibility

Refund requests are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
