1. General Policy Due to the nature of digital eSIM products, we offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below. Once an eSIM has been delivered and activated, it becomes non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Your device is not compatible with eSIMs (proof required)
- You accidentally purchased the wrong country or data plan
- Your eSIM was not activated and you have not scanned or used the QR code
- You reported an issue within 7 calendar days of purchase
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- You have used part or all of the eSIM’s data
- Your eSIM has been activated and linked to a device
- You entered incorrect information at checkout
- Connectivity issues due to local carriers, device settings, or roaming restrictions

Refund requests are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
